If you encounter an error message saying "Error creating event" while trying to book a client, it may be due to your Zoom integration with Unmind having expired. Currently, Zoom integrations expire after 90 days, and while we’re working on a permanent resolution, you can follow these steps to fix the issue:
Steps to Reconnect Your Zoom Account
-
Log in to your Unmind account
- Use your usual credentials to access your account.
-
Go to Settings
- Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section in your account menu.
-
Select Integrations
- Under Settings, locate and click on the Integrations tab.
-
Disconnect Zoom
- Find the Zoom integration and click on Disconnect account.
-
Reconnect Zoom
- Once the button changes to Connect account, click it again to reconnect your Zoom account.
This process should take less than two minutes. After reconnecting, you should be able to schedule appointments without encountering any further issues.
What to Do if the Issue Persists
If you’re still experiencing problems after following these steps, please reach out to our support team for assistance. You can contact us here.
