At Unmind we respect therapists and coaches and their work, and believe that practitioners should be fairly reimbursed for their work. We want to champion our practitioners to enable them to provide the best service possible. Fair pay ensures that practitioners feel respected and that their work is recognised. To provide a best-in-class service to clients, we know we need to source best-in-class practitioners.
Our rates are informed by a variety of factors such as rate recommendations from our team of In-Country Experts and the average of the rates for practitioners who have the qualifications, experience or professional title we are looking for.
We don’t match private rates, however we commit to conducting rate reviews annually. Please note that this may not result in an increase to your rate but we keep our rates under constant review.
