New practitioner terms and conditions

Joanna Wright Joanna Wright

We will be updating our terms and conditions shortly. Before we publish them, here's some information about how we'll share the terms and conditions with you, and an overview of the changes:

You'll see the new terms when you log into your Connect account

Log into your Unmind Connect account as usual, and the new Terms and Conditions will appear on your screen. Please read the terms in full, and check the box at the bottom to confirm you agree to these terms.

The new terms clarify our existing relationship

We've taken your feedback onboard, and we want to ensure that our relationship with you, and your interaction with the platform is clear and unambiguous. There are no major changes to how we work, only clarifications.

The new terms are comprehensive

Here are some of the key areas covered in the new terms:

  • Engagement of the practitioner
  • Unmind Talk and Unmind Connect
  • Status of the practitioner
  • Practitioner’s obligations and warranties
  • Company’s obligations
  • Fees and payment
  • Indemnity
  • Limitation of liability
  • Confidentiality
  • Data protection
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Force majeure
  • Termination
  • Effects of termination
  • Restrictions on the practitioner
  • Relationship of the parties

What if I don't agree to the new terms?

We understand that all new terms and conditions may come with questions. We've worked hard to ensure that these new terms reflect our current ways of working and ensure that all parties are equally respected. But if you are unsure about any of the terms you read, feel free to get in touch with our team and we'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
