If you are experiencing issues with the Unmind Meet or Connect platforms please follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Check your internet connection:
- Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
- Restart your router or modem if necessary.
- Refresh the page in your browser
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of your browser
- Delete your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser
- Check audio and video settings:
- Ensure your camera and microphone are properly connected and that your browser has permission to access them
- Disable VPN or firewall temporarily:
- VPNs or firewalls can sometimes interfere with video conferencing software.
- Try disabling them temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
- Check for conflicting software:
- Close other applications that might be using a significant portion of your system's resources or conflicting with your video conferencing software.
- System updates:
- Ensure your operating system and device drivers (especially for camera and microphone) are up to date.
- Use a different device
- If you are able, try accessing Connect or Unmind Meet on a different device
