If you are unable to accept bookings from new clients, for example you are unwell or taking a holiday, please let us know as soon as possible detailing the specific timeframe where possible. We can then hide your profile and ensure that you no longer receive session requests or bookings during this time. Please notify us when you are ready to take on new clients again.
It is your responsibility to let your existing clients know about any changes to your availability and manage this effectively. Please give clients as much notice as possible where possible and plan appropriately. If, in exceptional circumstances, you are unable to inform your clients please contact us and we can inform your clients on your behalf.
