Therapists and coaches completing sessions with our corporate clients are paid weekly. We send out payments every Monday following the sessions you had the week before, as well as for sessions that were cancelled by clients with less than 24 hours notice or any sessions to which the client failed to attend.
Please confirm if a client has cancelled late or has failed to attend a session by using the session confirmation feature in Unmind Connect. You can read more about it here.
This is to ensure your payment goes out to you as usual. If you don't confirm that your sessions took place or were late cancellations or no-shows, your payment will be delayed.
If a session is not showing in your calendar for any reason, please contact our Support team within 21 days of the session taking place. Failure to do so could result in not being paid for these sessions.
Payments come via the banking platform Wise. Please note our payments are loaded from a European time zone and transfers may take 2-3 working days to clear into international banks.
After you have completed for your first session with Unmind, and we have raised a payment to you, you will receive an email from Wise asking you to make an account. This email will be sent from Floe Interactive, a trading name of Unmind Ltd. You will need to click on the link and add your banking details in order to clear our payment to you. Note: if you fail to do this it may result in delays as we will have to reload the payment, so please action this as soon as you can!
If you have been paid by Unmind before you should continue to receive funds to the account you set up originally. If you need to change the banking details of your account, you will have to log into Wise to action this via the link here. If you have any difficulties updating your details or accessing your account, please reach out to Wise as this is an account belonging to you and we are unable to access on your behalf.
Unmind will not be liable for any financial losses incurred due to the input of incorrect bank details on Wise.
