We appreciate that practitioners may need to cancel or reschedule a session from time to time for a variety of reasons. We ask that where possible, sessions are not cancelled at short notice as this can have an impact on the therapeutic/coaching relationship. Please therefore give as much notice as possible.

To cancel a session please follow these instructions:

  • Late cancellations by clients: If a client cancels a session at short notice (within 24 hours), please wait for the session confirmation to appear in your Unmind calendar before marking it as a late cancellation. Do not remove the session from your calendar, as payment will not be processed.
  • Early cancellations by clients: If a client cancels a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can remove the session from your calendar, as payment will not be required in this case, according to our cancellation policy. Follow the steps below to remove the session.
  • Practitioner-initiated cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, you can cancel the session directly in the Unmind calendar. Follow the steps below to remove the session.
