Unmind Meet is Unmind's secure, default video platform for Unmind Therapy & Coaching sessions. Unmind Meet offers a seamless connected video experience for both practitioners and clients. Unmind Meet:

Prioritises both privacy and clinical focus through features like background blur and "hide self-view" to reduce video fatigue.
Maintains the highest HIPAA-compliant security standards.
How do I use Unmind Meet?
Unmind Meet is available to you as part of your Unmind Connect account. When you book sessions in your Connect calendar, a link to an Unmind Meet session is automatically created. Both you and your clients will receive a link to join the session via this link.
Once the session is booked, here are the steps to join the session:
Click the session link from the platform or your calendar.
If it’s your first time, allow camera and microphone access.
Enter your display name.
Check your settings in the pre-call waiting room.
Click "Join Session" to start.
Click "Leave" to exit when finished.
What features does Unmind Meet have?
Chat functionality (messages disappear after the session)
Screen sharing (not supported on mobile)
Mobile compatibility - you can join sessions from a mobile device or tablet
Background blur (available in Chrome and Edge browsers)
Session Prep prompts to help clients prepare before their sessions
Session recording is not currently supported.
Is Unmind Meet GDPR compliant?

Do I need to download anything to use Unmind Meet?
No, Unmind Meet runs in your web browser. You only need to grant camera and microphone access.
What should I do if Unmind Meet isn’t working?
Try refreshing the page or switching browsers.
Try using a different device
If nothing works, contact your client via email, and use the back-up platform you have agreed on as an alternative.

Can I still use Zoom or other platforms for Unmind sessions?
If you have a Zoom account, you can integrate it with Unmind Connect.
Our Practitioner Terms and Conditions ask that sessions take place via our integrated platforms only (Unmind Meet or Zoom) to ensure data safety and provide the best support for you and your clients. But beyond that, Unmind Meet offers a connected experience with automated session links and client insights via embedded pre-session outcome measures.
In case of technical difficulties, you may use another platform to ensure the session takes place.
