In addition to Therapy and Coaching, your Unmind clients also have access to the following services from their Client Wellbeing Platform:

AI Coach, ‘Nova’, is available 24/7, and supports with wellbeing questions like handling stress or anxiety or sign-posts a client to content within the platform. If Nova detects that a client may benefit from 1:1 coaching or therapy, it will signpost the client to book or a therapy or coaching session. Nova will never be a replacement for therapy or coaching, and it will always encourage other resources.

Unmind Help allows employees to access traditional EAP services. Employees can call a helpline from the Immediate Support page within the Unmind platform. The call will be answered by clinically trained staff who will provide in the moment support, assess their needs, and refer them onto the appropriate service. Services include a 24/7 crisis line, financial and legal advice, manager support, and more work-life services, provided by our partners TELUS Health, WPO or CCA. Services may vary depending on the client’s package and partner.

Managers can access courses designed by clinical and occupational psychologists to develop the skills needed to support colleagues.

The Discover section holds self-guided wellbeing resources, short videos and much more under the following subsections:

  • Overcome: Improving low mood and depression, managing anxiety, help for coping with difficult times.
  • Relaxation: Meditation, mindfulness, meditation, soundscapes.
  • Sleep: Bedtime stories, support around learning how to sleep, sleep sounds, yoga for sleep.
  • Work: Managing stress, boosting performance, improving focus, understanding neurodiversity at work.
  • Body: Yoga, nutrition, managing pain, menopause, stretching routines.
  • Growth: Achieving goals, explaining mental health, building resilience, boosting happiness, real mental health stories.
