By archiving clients you no longer see, you can better manage your client list, helping you easily identify active clients and those who have completed care.
When you archive a client, you’ll be prompted to select a reason for concluding care in the dropdown.
We've outlined the options for this question and their definition in this article.
Question: Why are you archiving this client?
To better understand how care is concluded, we’ve outlined various categories that describe when and why care is completed.
Completed Care - Met Goals
- The agreed and planned end between the member and practitioner. No further care is needed as the member has met their goals.
Session Limit Reached
- The member has no employer-funded sessions left, preventing further care from continuing. The member would have benefited from additional funded sessions if available.
Dropped Out or Disengaged
- There was no agreement between the member and practitioner, and the member did not book further sessions or respond to messages.
Continuing with Self-Pay Sessions
- The member has exhausted their employer-funded sessions but continues care by paying for sessions themselves.
Referred to Support Outside of Unmind
- The member needs additional support from a specialist service, and is referred to another professional or service outside of Unmind. This could occur at any point in care.
Signposted to Another Unmind Practitioner/Service
- The member requires further support and is directed to another Unmind practitioner (for a different approach) or service (such as debt or financial support). This could happen at any stage of care.
Requested to End Sessions
- The member has informed the practitioner that they no longer wish to continue with sessions.
Other
- This category is for any reason not covered by the other definitions for concluding care.
