Payment schedule
Therapists and coaches completing sessions with our corporate clients are paid weekly. We typically send out payments every Monday for sessions completed the week prior. This includes sessions cancelled by clients with less than 24 hours' notice or any client no-shows.
Please note, while payments are generally processed every Monday, this may change due to UK public holidays. In such cases, the payment will be processed on the next business day. We will always notify you in advance if a payment run is not scheduled for a Monday.
Confirm your sessions
To ensure timely payment, please confirm your sessions using the session confirmation feature in Unmind Connect. If sessions are not confirmed as completed, late cancellations, or no-shows, your payment will be delayed.
If a session isn't showing in your calendar for any reason, please contact our Support team within 21 days of the session taking place. Failure to do so could result in not being paid for these sessions.
The cut-off time for sessions to be included in the Monday pay run is Sunday at 23:59 (GMT/BST). Any sessions confirmed from Monday 00:00 (GMT/BST) will be paid on the following Monday.
How you will receive payments
The majority of our payments are sent via the banking platform, Wise. However, for some locations where Wise payments are not possible, we will request your bank details and pay you via an alternative method.
Please note, our payments are loaded from a European time zone, and transfers may take 3-4 working days to clear into international banks.

You will need to claim payments each time they are sent, regardless of whether you have claimed a payment before.
Changing bank details
If you have previously provided us with bank details and you want to change these, you will need to reach out to us directly. We can update the details we hold for you.
